The TH hydraulic thumb sits on the dipper stick and grips against the bucket, so the excavator can pick up and hold rocks, logs, pipes and debris. When you do not need it, it folds back against the stick.
About this family
It is mounted on the main pin or welded to the stick. The direct link moves through 140 degrees, the progressive link through more than 180 degrees. The cylinder has a double pilot check valve as standard, the teeth are serrated and the pivots have grease points.
Four sizes: TH-16 for excavators from 10 to 16 t (700 mm wide, 310 kg, tip radius 1150 mm), TH-19 for 16 to 19 t (700 mm, 340 kg, 1200 mm), TH-26 for 19 to 26 t (780 mm, 520 kg, 1420 mm) and TH-30 for 26 to 30 t (800 mm, 620 kg, 1520 mm).
