The European Commission's online dispute resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 under Regulation (EU) 2024/3228. The Commission publishes the list of recognised consumer dispute resolution bodies at https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
