A bucket shop inside a pressure-vessel group
Sieruta Attachments is one of three divisions in a family-owned Polish industrial group founded in 1996. The others build stainless-steel tanks and industrial installations. The group holds UDT authorisations for the manufacture, modernisation and repair of pressure vessels: the credential that gates process-industry subcontracting in Poland, and an unusual thing for an attachments maker to have.
That is the reason the welding is what it is. Quenched-and-tempered wear plate punishes a shop that welds it casually. Without controlled preheat and inter-pass temperature, you get a softened heat-affected zone and hydrogen-induced cold cracking. A shop already audited for pressure equipment runs those controls as a matter of routine, and the attachments division, established in 2008, inherited them along with the qualified procedures and the material certificates.

We do not thin the plate or shorten the weld to reach a price. The procedure is qualified, and it is the one that gets followed.

EN 10204 3.1 inspection certificates per heat, kept with the order, so you can ask what grade is doing the work and get the paper.
