The People Behind The Steel
A design office, a welding shop and an inspection bench: the three things an attachment is actually made of.
An attachments business inside a pressure-vessel group
Three divisions · 100 people · founded 1996
Sieruta Attachments is the excavator-attachments division of a Polish family-owned industrial group founded in 1996, alongside stainless-steel tanks and industrial installations. The group holds UDT authorisations for the manufacture, modernisation and repair of pressure vessels: the national gatekeeper credential for process-industry subcontracting, and an unusual thing for an attachments maker to own.
That lineage is why the welding is what it is. A shop that is audited for pressure equipment does not run a second, looser standard for buckets: the same qualified procedures, the same controlled preheat and inter-pass temperatures, the same material certificates. The attachments division was established in 2008 and its design office has six engineers working only on attachments.
What the team does
Design office
6 engineers
Dedicated to attachments. Custom and ODM work from your drawings, through to a production-ready weldment.
Welding coordination
EN ISO 14731
Procedures qualified by WPQR, welders qualified to EN ISO 9606-1, with preheat and inter-pass temperature controlled on every Hardox joint.
Inspection
VT + PT level 2
Visual and penetrant testing by personnel certified to EN ISO 9712, backed by EN 10204 3.1 material certificates issued per heat.
Production
In-house depth
Milling, turning, plasma and gas cutting, bending, rolling, welding, assembly, painting and quality assurance in house, so a weldment stays on our own shop floor from plate to finished part. Heat treatment, blasting and casting are done by partners.
Core Values
Made in our own plant
Milling, turning, plasma and gas cutting, bending, rolling, welding, assembly, painting and quality assurance happen under our roof. Heat treatment, blasting and casting are done by partners. No badge engineering, so there is always someone here to answer for the weld.
Traceable steel
EN 10204 3.1 inspection certificates per heat, kept with the order. You can ask what grade is doing the work, and get the paper.
Premium spec, not premium price
Hardox plate, cast couplers and a qualified welding shop, at Polish manufacturing cost. The saving is in where we are, not in what we leave out.
Our history
From a pressure-vessel workshop to attachments shipped across Europe.
Come and see where it is made
The factory floor is the argument. Book a visit and you can watch the plasma table, the welding bays and the inspection bench, and read the material certificates for the plate on the rack.
