The SGP is a heavy duty skeleton bucket for mini and midi excavators, built on the GP general purpose bucket. The bottom is a row of S355 steel ribs instead of a closed plate, so fine soil and water fall through while stones, roots and rubble stay in the bucket.
About this family
Five sizes cover machines from 1.2 to 10 t, SGP-20 through SGP-95, in widths from 600 to 1000 mm. Capacity runs from 50 to 183 litres (SAE) and weight from 49 to 185 kg. Each width carries 4 or 5 teeth: E701 or E11.7 on SGP-20, E11.4 or V13 on SGP-30 to SGP-60 and E25, J200 or V17 on SGP-95.
It is used for sorting demolition rubble, screening soil on site, clearing roots and stones in landscaping and loading wet material that should drain before it is lifted.
