The GB is a rigid grading and ditching bucket with a flat top for mini and midi excavators. It is used for ditch cleaning, grading, levelling and cutting slopes.
About this family
The Rigid Grading and Ditching Bucket is tailored for mini-excavators and is optimal for tasks like ditch maintenance, grading, and creating slopes. It’s available in sizes from 600 mm to 1800 mm, with capacities from 28 dm3 to 334 dm3. Constructed from S355JR2 and Hardox steel and other high-quality materials, this bucket is built to last, featuring a HB500 cutting edge for extra durability. It features a flat top to enhance compatibility with most popular European mini-excavator quick-coupler systems, while optional wear bars minimize wear on bucket’s bottom. A bolt-on cutting edge is available for extended use, and other special features like suction relief holes for sticky soil or drainage holes.
Six sizes cover machines from 0.6 to 10 t, GB-10 through GB-90, in widths from 600 to 1800 mm. Capacity runs from 28 to 334 litres (SAE) and weight from 22 to 200 kg. The tip radius grows from 238 mm on GB-10 to 479 mm on GB-90.
The body is S355JR2 and Hardox steel with an HB500 cutting edge, cutting edges on the front sides, an inner reinforcement rib, a flat bottom and roof and a bent section. Options are a reversible HB400 cutting edge, a rear HB500 cutting edge, wear bars on the bottom and HB500 cutting edges as front sides. On request it gets suction relief holes for sticky soil or drainage holes.
The quick coupler bracket follows the size, from S30, MS01, M02 and CW00 on GB-10 up to S45, S50, MS08, M10, HS08, CW10, OQ45 and Klac F on GB-90.
