The DBS is the rock bucket of the DB range. It is engineered to order: we design each one for your machine and the rock you dig.
About this family
Teeth, adapters, side cutters and wear protection are chosen for that rock and that machine. Every bucket passes a factory acceptance test before it leaves the factory.
Engineered for your machine and your rock
We design each bucket for one machine and one job. To start, our engineers need:
- Machine make, model and operating weight
- Quick coupler or bracket
- Rock class and how abrasive it is
- Target capacity or width
- Preferred tooth system
GET and wear protection
Teeth, adapters, side cutters and wear plates are chosen for the rock and the machine. We build with tooth systems such as ESCO, MTG, Combi Wear Parts and BYG, among others.
Trademarks belong to their owners.
Rock classes
The rock you dig decides the design. We ask which of these you work in:
- Hard, abrasive rock such as granite and basalt
- Blasted quarry rock
- Softer bedded rock such as limestone and sandstone
- Frozen ground
Engineer-to-order process
- Inquiry: you tell us the machine and the job
- Engineering: we design the bucket for your machine
- Manufacturing in Ostrołęka: cutting, bending, rolling, welding, assembly, painting and quality assurance
- Factory acceptance test
- Dispatch
Factory acceptance test
Every bucket is tested before it leaves the factory:
- Dimensions checked against the drawing
- Weld inspection to EN ISO 3834-2
- Fit check on the specified quick coupler or bracket
The test record is supplied with the bucket.
